BREAKING: Ondo Prophet, Sotitobire, 5 Others Sentenced To Life Imprisonment Over Missing One-Year-Old Boy
The founder of Sotitobire Church based in Akure, Ondo State, Prophet Babatunde Alfa aka Sotitobire and five others have been sentenced to life imprisonment over the disappearance of one-year-old boy, Gold Kolawole in the church auditorium during service in 2019.
The judgement was delivered by Justice Olusegun Odusola of the Ondo State High Court sitting in Akure on Tuesday, October 7, 2020.

Justice Odusola convicted the defendants having found them guilty of the two-count charge of kidnapping and aiding and abetting to kidnap based on the circumstantial evidence presented by the prosecution.
He also condemned in strong terms the complicity, compromise, and lackadaisical attitude of the Ondo state police command after Gold got missing which also led to the burning of Sotitobire Church.
