The university don died during the early hours of Wednesday.

So, when I got a report about 7.30a.m. this morning that he collapsed and was rushed to the hospital, I got really worried and I asked the Director of Medical Services to follow up. He called me back an hour later that he died; he could not make it. He died perhaps of Cardiac failure.”

Continuing, he said “it’s a big shock because Professor Oghuvbu is a very valuable Principal Officer of the University.”
