Video: Fire Guts Asaba House Of Oshimilli North PDP Chairmanship Candidate

…Children Narrowly Escape Death
By Daniel Dafe
Oasis Magazine (OM) can authoritatively report that tragedy was averted in Asaba on Thursday at about 8 p.m. after three children of Hon. Innocent Esewezie, the Chairmanship candidate for the Peoples Democratic Part (PDP), Oshimilli North Local Government Area in the March 6 elections escaped unhurt during a house fire incidence that left property destroyed.
OM gathered that the fire incidence was caused by an electrical fault.
The details surrounding the incidence are still sketchy, but a press statement from Esewezie will be released soon.
An aide of the politician that spoke to us anonymously waved off any political cause for the fire.

A source had said the house was burnt down.
But, the aide in response to our questions, said: “Yes, his kids were inside when the fire started; they were smart enough to run out.
“The house wasn’t burnt down. Although a lot was destroyed. You can check the photos and video trending already.
“There will be an official statement soon.”
