BREAKING: Gunmen Kill Butcher In Sapele

Less than 24 hours after an aide to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, Okiemute Sowho was murdered in Sapele, another case has been reported to Oasis Magazine (OM).

According to information available to OM, a young man identified as Efe, was on Sunday murdered in the said community.

Efe was into cow meat sales at the popular Sapele main market.

Our source said he was shot dead a few minutes ago along New Road axis by Poultry Road Junction in the town.

Our source added: “The armed wielding men came in a blue, numberless Toyota Camry,” saying that “the deceased was shot on the head at a close range while he was on top of a bike.”

According to a resident in the community, yesterday’s killing and that of today was cult related.

Another observer described Sapele “as a war zone now.”

At the time of filing the report, attempt to confirm the incidence from the police proved abortive.
