BREAKING: HoRs Member, Ossy Prestige, Is Dead

A member of the House of Representatives, Hon Ossy Prestige, is dead.

He died on Monday evening after battling an undisclosed illness.

The lawmaker represents Aba North/South Federal Constituency of Abia State.

There had been rumours about his death in the last few days.

Prestige, elected on All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) platform, died after battling an undisclosed illness.

Reps spokesperson, Benjamin Kalu, confirmed the death to Premium Times.

“He has been confirmed dead by a family member,” Kalu said. The demise of the lawmaker is expected to be announced on the floor of the Green Chamber on Tuesday.
