Ike Ekeremadu Pens Emotional Tribute For Late Younger Brother

Former deputy president of the Nigerian senate, Ike Ekweremadu, has penned down an emotional tribute for his younger brother, Hon. Mathias Ekweremadu Jr.

Ekweremadu Jr. died last week.

The deceased who until his death was a Commissioner in Enugu state died after He slumped during a meeting with the House of Assembly Committee on Transport.

His elder brother, Ike Ekweremadu described his death as something difficult to come in terms with.

It’s difficult to come to terms with some events in our lives, but ultimately, reality dawns on us. My younger brother, Hon. Mathias Ekweremadu Jr. has passed on. We submit to the will of God and pray for the peaceful repose of his soul.

I thank the Government and good people of Enugu State, well meaning Nigerians, friends and well-wishers for the outpour of love and condolences. RIP, brother.
