Ayemidejor Congratulates Orodje Of Okpe Over Emergence As TROMPCON Chairman

Special Project Director of Asaba International Airport, Hon Austine Ayemidejor, has congratulated the Orodje of Okpe kingdom, Major General Mujakpuero on his emergence as chairman of the Traditional Rulers of Oil Mineral Producing Community of Nigeria, TROMPCON, on Tuesday.
In a statement, made available to journalist, Hon Austine Ayemidejor, said that the sacrifices of the retired Major General in ensuring peace and progress of the nation, especially his commitment at assignments, has been outstanding.
He thanked the traditional rulers of the various oil communities for putting faith in the king, adding that it was an elevated responsibility given to a deserving royal father.
According to him, the Orodje has the requisite experience for this new position, having served in various capacities in the Nigeria Army and rising to the post of a GOC.
“He is a bridge builder, a man of peace and integrity whose leadership has been very beneficial to the kingdom and humanity.
“As a custodian of culture and tradition, the Orodje has played significant roles in the promotion of harmony, socio-cultural cooperation, communal living and peaceful co-existence among the Urhobo and other ethnic groups in the state,”

Continuing, he said: “He has also made Okpe kingdom peaceful and investor-friendly since he ascended the ancient throne. On behalf of my family, political class, I warmly felicitate with HRM Maj.-Gen. Felix Mujakperuo (Rtd.), CFR, mni, Orhue I, the Orodje of Okpe Kingdom, on his emergence as TROMPCON chairman.
“I join the people of Okpe Kingdom in celebrating the new TROMPCON chairman. May God continue to bless the king with good health, wisdom and strength to continue his reign in the Kingdom”.
