NUJ Delta Congratulates Ofuonyeadi On His RATTAWU National Election Victory

The Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ Delta State Council has congratulated the Delta State NLC Secretary, Comrade Innocent Ofuonyeadi on his emergence as Deputy National President of the Radio, Television and Theatre Art Workers Union (RATTAWU) over the weekend in Gusau, Zamfara State.

In a statement signed by Comrade Michael Ikeogwu, Chairman and Comrade Patrick Ochei,Secretary, the Union, said: “We rejoice with the Senior Comrade who had contributed enormously to the growth of unionism in our sister Union RATTAWU, Delta State and the nation at large.

“Your election victory did not come to us as a surprise, but has come to reaffirm our strong belief in your capacity to always stand up for workers in your Union and Nigerian Labour Congress in general.

“With you at that level of leadership, we know we can continue to count on you as we build bridges of strength, unity and formidable solidarity within the media constituency and beyond.”
