Land Tussle: Asaba Court Dismisses Case Against Walson Gilpen, Alex Dada Keshi

The land case brought before the High Court of Justice, Delta State of Nigeria in the Asaba Judicial Division, Holden at Asaba before His Lordship, the then Honourable Justice T.O. D1akhjdge, on Tuesday, 7th July, 2009 between Mr. Alex Klikwu (Plaintiff) and Mr. Patrick Dada Keshi and Mr. Walson Gilben (Defendants) with SUIT NO.:- A/28/2005 was dismissed.
