2023: APC Delta Media Mudslinging And Foreseeable Anti Party Alliances

Deltans may have noticed recent worthless and laughable negative media propaganda and/or reinforced mudslinging cum misinformation strategies targeted at the Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, and the State Government, by folks loyal to the Deputy Senate President, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege and the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Their renewed attacks is obviously connected to the governorship ambition of their paymaster who is already warming up to join the gubernatorial race as the consensus candidate, being the political Adolf Hitler of APC caucus in the state, haven successfully knocked down and relegated the authentic leaders and chieftains of APC Delta to the dustbin of political history.

Agege’s governorship ambition dates back in 2007 when he made the first move, and his desperation became more forceful in 2014. He failed woefully to grab the PDP Guber ticket in 2014 and out of frustration decided to pretentiously support Chief Great Ogboru’s governorship ambition by defecting to the Labour Party, where he got Delta Central Senatorial ticket, won 2015 election, and proceeded to the Red Chamber.

Agege’s disgusting political antecedents and alleged criminal conspiracy as recorded in the mace saga subsequently pave way for his unconditional admission to the Buharists caucus of APC where he currently parade himself as the political “Hitman”

In 2019, he won the senatorial seat again under the APC haven defected from Labour Party to his new found love, APC. His victory was achieved through strange political alliances and anti party deals occasioned by greed cum vindictive propensity of some political gladiators who decided to take their pound in order to prove a point in the political chess game.

Done and dusted, Omo Agege, returned to the Senate and was compensated with the Deputy Senate President slot zoned to South-South geopolitical zone by APC.

He is alleged to have stock pilled funds received from multifaceted channels and senatorial projects, which he now want to deploy in pursuit of the governorship ambition. Agege’s story is highly controversial, complicated, full of intrigues and shall be served in the near future.

The alleged money stock pilled by DSP Agege for the gubernatorial election is huge and may also attract political contractors who are always ready to sell their mandate and or birth right for Ghana Must Go mega Naira notes. Fillers from reliable resources is to the effect that Agege will again form deceptive political alliances with some desperate political actors after the gubernatorial primaries of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the state, aimed at achieving his tall and dead on arrival ambition.

Thus, Agege’s desperate governorship ambition has opened floodgate of media warfare and all kinds of false alarm over the financial affairs of the state under the incumbent governor, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa.

The calculation of the Agege media team is to toy with the emotions and minds of Deltas, paint a picture of bad governance and take a step further to demonize Okowa as a corrupt individual that has mismanaged the resources of the state.

In the same token, Agege media team will project their Principal as a holy angel from heaven, a honest and unblemished saint who never in his entire lifeyangel that will develop Delta State and bring her to equal standard with Dubai, Paris or Los Angeles, within the first 100 days in office. You get the gist, right?

What Agege media will not do or say is this; they will never link him to the handicapped and bad governance of the APC under President Mohammadu Buhari, because that will in itself purge his campaign. Agege will surely loose guard while marketing himself and APC to Deltans. He is aware that APC is dead in Delta State but still want to try his luck in 2023.

The purport of this piece therefore is to alert the good people of Delta State, about Agege’s political deceptions, false alarm, misinformation strategies and his plan to consistently raise alarm over nothing. And on our part we shall deploy facts to destroy his falsehood and negative propaganda fashioned against Gov Okowa and this administration.

We shall dig deep into Agege’s past and present, and whole world will know the MAN-Ovie Omo Agege. They should be prepared because the wailing baby that says her mother will neither sleep nor slumber, should know that sleep shall be far away from his or her eyes.
