Inoaghan, Ayemidejor, Others Join Okpe Monarch, As Orodje Golf Competition Begins In Sapele

The ever reliable monarch of Okpe Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Maj Gen. Felix Mujakperuo Rtd Mni Cfr the Orodje of Okpe on Saturday was joined by the Chairman of Sapele Local Government, Hon. (Chief) Eugene Inoaghan, Mr. Ayemidejor Austine (PDP Chieftain) and a host of other illustrious sons of the kingdom at the Athletic Club in Sapele as he officially flagged off the Orodje Golf tournament.

Speaking before he took the first struck of the tournament, Orodje appreciated sons of the kingdom that have kept golf alive within and outside Sapele.

He expressed his unwavering joy over the level of sustainability of the Athletic Club that has been in existence since 1913.

He urged all stakeholders to use the game as a means of campaign for good living amongst our youths so as to enable us have a good society.

He pledged his support henceforth for the game as well as all activities at the Sapele Athletic Club.

Highlight of the event was the monarch taking the first shot at the Orodje Golf tournament 2022.

Others who witnessed the event include: Okakuro Godwin Egigba, Okakuro Peter Asagba, Prof Nyerovwo Tonikari, Okakuro Owumi, representatives of Seplat and golfer’s across the country.
