Osun: Body Of 22-Year-Old Mutilated Lady Dumped At Mum’s Shop

Suspected Yahoo boys yesterday killed and harvested body parts of a 22-year-old lady, Shakirat, in Iwo town, Osun State.

Sources gathered that Shakirat’s mutilated body was dumped behind her mother’s shop at Oke-Oore.

A resident of the community named Adeola told our correspondent that the body was discovered around 8am and that Yahoo boys were suspected to have carried out the act.

Adding that “the police came to the scene and took her body to General Hospital Iwo.”

Police spokesperson, Yemisi Opalola confirmed the incident, saying investigation had begun.

“We wanted to carry out autopsy on her but the family insisted that we release her body to them,” Opalola said.
