Ramadan: Pray For Nigeria, Prince Adewole Adebayo Tells Muslims

Popular lawyer, entrepreneur and philanthropist, Prince Adewole Adebayo, has called for prayers for Nigeria as muslims commence their Ramadan fast in April.
Adewole, a presidential aspirant of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in the 2023 race, made this call in a tweet on Friday.

His tweet reads in part: “In this holy month of Ramadan, let us note that self denial by way of fasting is a metaphor of spiritual sacrifice, a down payment on our faith in expectations of divine mercy and blessings of Allah SWT.”
He urged Nigerians to also be “committed to building a just, fair society.”
