2022 Cognitive / Placement Exams For Pry Six Pupils Holds In Delta Saturday

The 2022 Cognitive / Placement Examination for public and private primary schools in Delta State will hold on Saturday, May 21, 2022.

A statement from the Permanent Secretary, Delta State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, Mr. Augustine Ede Oghoro indicated that the examination would begin from 9:am Prompt.

Oghoro, however, said that the examination would hold in all designated centres across the state, adding that the Cognitive / Placement Examination would be conducted to enable primary six pupils that would pass the the examination to advance into JS 1 class .

The statement noted that the pupils would be tested in English Studies, Mathematics, Religious Studies and the General paper .

The statement advised parents and guardians to ensure that the affected pupils were in their various examination centres on time .

It further hinted that the State Commissioner for Secondary Education, Mrs. Rose Ezewu, the permanent Secretary and other officials of the Ministry including the Chief Inspectors of Education (CIEs) in the 25 Local Government Areas would monitor the conduct of the examination.
