Dear Sapele Delegates,
My name is Richard Randy Okotie. I’m contesting to be elected as a member of the Delta State House of assembly to represent Sapele constituency. I’m the voice of the voiceless, the hope of the hopeless, the bridge btw the jobless and the downtrodden.
