My name is Richard Randy Okotie. I’m contesting to be elected as a member of the Delta State House of assembly to represent Sapele constituency. I’m the voice of the voiceless, the hope of the hopeless, the bridge btw the jobless and the downtrodden.
I promise to continue my humanitarian activities to the good people of Sapele Local Government as well as show empirical evidences of the executed constituency projects for the development of Sapele and the advancement of democracy.
