NBA 2022 Annual Conference, Excellent, Exemplary — Bozimo

The Honourable Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice Delta State, Isaiah Bozimo Esq., has affirmed that the ongoing NBA Annual Conference 2022 in Lagos, with the theme Bold Transitions is one of the best conferences in recent times .
Bozimo stated this while fielding questions from journalists at Eko Hotels, Victoria Island, venue of the Conference.
He stated that the theme of the 2022 Conference, “Bold Transitions” is apt, in the times of the life of our country which is under going a Transition in our National Leadership as well as the Nigerian Bar Association.

He referred to the Keynote address at the opening ceremony as extremely wonderful as the Keynote Speaker Ms Chinmamanda Ngozi Adichie, a renowned author, gave a powerful speech which resonated with a lot of Nigerians.
He stated that the keynote speaker delivered the truth which needed to be told at this time of the history of the Country.
He commended the President of the Nigerian Bar Association, Mr Olumide Akpata, for a wonderful Conference and for building upon the successes of his predecessors.
He stated further that he and other staff of the Ministry of Justice who attended the Conference, have improved their capacity with the knowledge they garnered during the NBA 62nd Conference.
He stated that the essence of the Conference was to improve their capacity to enable them render effective services to the people and Government of Delta State.
Also speaking to newsmen, the functioning Solicitor-General and Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Justice, Mr. Omamuzo Erebe, commended the Attorney-General for making it possible for legal and non-legal staff of the Ministry to attend this year’s Conference.
Mr. Erebe stated that this year’s Conference has been very successful and eventful, pointing out that the Conference is a forum where Lawyers across the country discuss topical issues as well as update and improve their knowledge in the legal profession.
He stated that capacity building is a regular programme of the Ministry, and it was in this regard that the Ministry registered over a hundred legal and non-legal staff of the Ministry to attend the 2022 Conference.
He assured that those who could not make it this year will have their turn in subsequent years. The 62nd NBA Conference will end later this week.
