Agbarho Kingdom Confers Chieftaincy Title On Heroic Tanker Driver

Agbarho Kingdom in Delta State has honoured the courageous truck driver, Ejiro Otarigho, who averted the loss of lives and property in the community.
Recall that on June 10, Otarigho averted monumental disaster when he drove his burning petrol tanker away from a densely-populated area in Agbarho, to the riverside.
His action saved hundreds of lives and property worth billions of Naira.

Oasis Magazine gathered that Otarigho on Tuesday was conferred with the chieftaincy title of the Ogbarudu 1 of Agbarho Kingdom, depicting his bravery.
Meanwhile, the Oghenetega 1 of Agbarho kingdom, Chief Akpotu Johnson has lauded the monarch, HRM Samson Owhe Ogugu 1 of Agbarho Kingdom for recognizing and honouring the heroic act of the tanker driver.
Speaking to Oasis Magazine during a phone conversation on Friday, while congratulating the new chief, Chief Johnson, hoped that more Nigerians will also recognize the brave heart of Otarigho.
He said the king did it as a surprise to everyone, adding that it was the king who brought the initiative and was supported by the chiefs in the town.
He advised youths of Argbaho community to stay away from crime, saying that they must think of the development of the town.
In his words, “they must avoid anything that will disrupt the unity of Agbaho Kingdom.”
