2023: Oborevwori, Delta PDP Set For Another Round Of Grassroots Mobilization
…As LGA campaigns begins in Delta, Dec 21
All is now set for another round of electioneering campaigns by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Delta State, powered by the state campaign council management committee.
It will be recalled that the party recently concluded the Ward to Ward campaigns to enable the governorship candidate, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori and his running mate, Chief Monday Onyeme to explain the M.O.R.E Agenda to the people at the grassroots, and what to expect from their excessive local content incoming governor of Delta State.
Campaign Council Management Committee spokesman, Fred Oghenesivbe in a statement made available to newsmen in Asaba on Saturday said, the Campaign Director in Delta State, Rt Hon Solomon Funkekeme released the LGAs campaign itinerary and directed all campaign directorates to mobilize the People for the exercise.

Oghenesivbe said two local governments per day shall take their turn with Patanii and Bomadi LGAs on Wednesday December 21, 2022 while the grand finale shall take place in Ika North East LGA on Monday February 6, 2023, adding that the Vice Presidential Candidate of PDP and governor of Delta State, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, as well as other prominent party leaders will attend the mega grand finale.
The LGA to LGA campaigns itinerary also indicated that there shall be short campaign breaks from 23rd to 26th December, 2022 and another break on the 1st and 2nd January, 2023, to enable party members, supporters and the good people of Delta State to enjoy the Christmas and New Year celebrations across the state.
Delta PDP Campaign Council Management Committee and the candidate, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, thanked party faithfuls, supporters and the good people of the state for their massive turn out during the Ward to Ward campaigns, and urged them to do more during the LGA to LGA campaigns, starting on Wednesday 21st December.
