Deltans Need Deacon Pela As Governor –Evang. Ofomana

Evang (Dr) Austin Akpo Ofomana aka Sambisa forest has said that the joint ticket of Deacon Ken Pela and Chief (Prof) Mrs Julie Umukoro is the answer to the yearnings for good governance in Delta State, saying that Deltans need Deacon Pela as governor.
Dr. Ofomana who is a former governorship aspirant in the state and now Deputy DG Campaign, Delta Central Senatorial District for Peter Obi for president and Deacon Ken Pela joint governorship ticket with Chief Prof Mrs Julie Umukoro, in a statement on Sunday made available to media houses, added that the state must rally round to deliver the LP guber candidate as well as the party’s presidential flag bearer, Peter Obi.

According to him, the state of roads in the state is nothing to write home about, saying that the nickname of ‘road master’ to the governor was not appropriate.
He added: “Governor Okowa please allow your conscience speak to you. Vice president to Atiku, I suggest you take good care of our state for your name to be written in marble. Agege should look at the state of federal roads across the state. It is appalling; they are unmotorable. Should we continue like this?
Speaking further, he urged Deltans to vote wisely in the 2023 elections.
