APGA Wins 17 Out Of 30 Assembly Seats In Anambra
The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) of incumbent Governor, Prof Charles Soludo has won 17 out of 30 Anambra State House of Assembly seats in March 18 election.
APGA clinched 17 out 29 House of Assembly seats from collation centres across the state.
The ruling party in Anambra State won in Anaocha, Njikoka, Dunukofia, Aguata 1, Aguata 2, Awka-North, Awka South, Orumba south, Ayamelum, Njikoka 1, Idemili South, Ekwusigo, Ihiala 1, Ihiala 2, Anambra, Oyi and Anambra East.

The Labour Party secured seven seats while the Young Progressives Party (YPP) win in three Constituencies. YPP cleared all three Constituencies in Nnewi due to influence of Senator Ifeanyi Uba.
LP of Peter Obi won in Onitsha North 1, Onitsha North 2, Onitsha south 1, Onitsha South 2, Idemili North, Orumba North and Anaocha 1
FactualTimes reports that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) secured victory in Ogabru 1 and Ogabru 2 State Constituencies. Collation is still ongoing in one constituency.
