@97: Adefisoye Greets Afenifere Leader, Pa Fasoranti

Member representing Idanre/Ifedore federal constituency of Ondo State, Hon. Tajudeen Adefisoye has hailed Afenifere leader, Pa Reuben Fasoranti on occasion of his 97th birthday today.
In a statement personally signed by the federal lawmaker who is popularly known as Small Alhaji, he described the nonagenarian
leader of Yoruba Socio-cultural group as a highly dependable and committed fighter to the cause of Yoruba race.
“The Yoruba race is most fortunate to have Pa Reuben Fasoranti as our leader and conscience of the Yoruba nation. The nonagenarian notwithstanding the effects of old age on him has remain totally committed to the empowerment, liberation and enthronement of the Yoruba people. To the glory of God, one of his desires of having a Yoruba man at helms of affairs in Nigeria has become fulfilled during his lifetime.

“Some of us grew up to know Pa Fasoranti for his forthrightness and implacable moral standing. It is even more gladdening that the Afeniferi leader has moved a step higher to being the moral compass for his ethnic race. He is a man that will readily jump at anything and everything that is positively in the overall interest of his ethnic tribe.
“Pa Fasoranti has undoubtedly proven himself over the years as man of excellent character, unwavering commitment and absolute faith. It is more of a divine arrangement that Almighty Allah has kept the Afenifere leader alive to witness the birth of a Renewed Hope not just for the Yoruba people, but for all Nigerians.
Adefisoye wished Pa Fasoranti happy birthday in good health, peace of mind and endless joy over all his biological and political children and children’s children across the world.
