Mosogar: 528 Students In DELSU Affiliate Centre Matriculate
On Friday, May 19, 2023, the 2022/2023 set of Delta State University, DELSU, Degree students at Delta State College of Education, Mosogar Affiliate Centre, took Matriculation oath.
Administering the oath, the Registrar, Mrs. R. U. Ufiofio, represented by Mr. S. O. Onaibre, the Deputy Registrar in Charge of Council Secretariat, advised the students to respect the Vice Chancellor and all staff of the University and abide by the rules and regulations of the University as any breach would attract sanctions.

The Vice Chancellor, Professor Andy Ogochukwu Egwunyenga, represented by the Dean of Education, Professor Mrs. F. N. Ugoji, who had earlier congratulated and admitted the students into the University, admonished them to stay away from acts capable of hindering their stay and academic progress in the University, stressing that the University has zero-tolerance for ‘vices like cultism, examination malpractice, impersonation, sexual harassment, religious extremism’ and others which penalty when committed is expulsion from the University.
An elated Miss Nwibeke Justina Lebia, the 100 level Coordinator of Human Kinetics and Health Education, who spoke on behalf of the matriculated students, thanked the Vice Chancellor for admitting them into the University and promised they would not breach their Matriculation oath.
The ceremony was witnessed by parents and guardians of the students and members of the College and University communities.
