Former Aviation Minister, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode has said that the appointment of the Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, as Chief of Staff to President Bola Tunubu “proves to the world that in this dispensation and under this administration appointments are made based on merit, loyalty and competence.”
He said this in a Facebook post on Thursday after the announcement by the presidency.
While congratulating the new CoS, he said that Gbajabiamila has been his “friend and brother of over 40 years,” saying that the appointment as Chief of Staff “to our leader, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu,” is well deserved.
