My Life, Family And Staff Are Under Threat — Bara

The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of TrackNews Media, Ogidi Ben Bara has cried out to the public over threat to his life, family and staff by Chief Timipre Marlin Sylva and Joshua MacIver who are candidates of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in the forthcoming Bayelsa Guber Election, November 11, 2023.

Bara in a statement made available to newsmen stated; “I am informing the general public and all security agencies that my life, my family, staff and friends are under threat by Chief Timipre Sylva and Joshua Maciver. The same way Chief Timipre Sylva threatened and carried out his threats on HE Adams Oshiomole and Chief Timi Frank is enough evidence that his threats must not be taken for granted. Oshiomole was held hostage in Bayelsa State after he was issued a threat by Sylva. Timi Frank likewise was petitioned severally and oppressed by Sylva. Whenever Chief Sylva issues a threat, he carries out the action. He even threatened the Judges of the Supreme Court of Nigeria after they issued the judgement that saw PDP to power in Bayelsa State. I am no longer safe and I urge all security agencies and the general public to be aware of this development.”

He equally used the medium to sue for calm by his family, staff and associates that only the State Actors should be allowed to do their job of securing lives and property.
