UPU Youthwing: PG, Ese Gam Commends Ekabo For Conducting Credible Election

The President General of the Urhobo Progress Union (UPU), Olorogun (Barr) Ese Gam Owe has commended the Dean of Obiaruku Deanery and Parish Priest of Christ the King Catholic Church, Obiaruku, Rev Fr Christopher Ekabo, JP for conducting one of the best elections in Urhobo.
The Catholic Priest, Ekabo who served as the chairman of the electoral umpire of the newly conducted election into the UPU Youthwing in Ovwiamuge-Agbarho, received the commendation from the PG of the oldest Sociocultural Organisation in West Africa, Olorogun Barr Ese Gam Owe immediately after winners were announced.
According to the UPU Boss, “I was convinced that at this moment, Fr Ekabo as a respected priest of the Roman Catholic Church was better positioned to head the Committee that would conduct credible elections devoid of electoral violence, rigging and voters’ suppression into the UPU Youthwing”.

Olorogun Barr Ese Gam Owe commended Ekabo, “So today, I want to specially appreciate Fr Ekabo for conducting a peaceful, free, fair and acceptable election for the Ighele of UPU”.
