African Cultural Heritage Award: NAWOJ South South Congratulates Omu Anioma
The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists NAWOJ, South South Zone F, has congratulated the highly cerebral culture colossus and Omu Anioma, HRM Obi Martha Dunkwu, as she is set to be honoured with the Global Icon of African Heritage award on Tuesday 5th December, 2023.
A statement on Sunday signed by Comrade Stella Macaulay, Vice Chairperson, South South Zone and Comrade Eunice Emeyazia, Zonal Secretary, added: “We commend the African Diaspora Living Legend Award Committee for choosing such a culture encyclopedia and media guru for the award, as the award is indeed well deserved.”
“Obi Martha Dunkwu, has proven her mettle over the years, demonstrating high level of knowledge of the culture of the people and making herself available for all and sundry to draw wisdom and knowledge about the traditions and cultural heritage of the people; little wonder the numerous Awards and Conferments she has continued to receive.
