FRSC Not In Partnership With Anyone Over Sales Of Stickers To Shuttle Bus Drivers In Delta –Eshiet
The Delta State Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps, Udeme Bassey Eshiet today said the FRSC is not in partnership with anyone over the alleged sales of stickers to shuttle bus drivers in the State.
This is contained in a statement signed by Corp Commander, Eshiet and made available to Our Correspondent.
He said the “unwholesome” practice negates what the Corps was established to carry out.”
He said the shuttle bus drivers should refuse to be scammed through such antics of this mischief makers and extortionists.”
In a reaction to the extortion of money from shuttle bus drivers through sales of stickers to them claiming to be FRSC stickers and that it will protect them from arrest if traffic law violation is established, Corps Commander Eshiet said they should refuse to be scammed through such antics of this mischief makers and extortionists.

According to Corp Commander Eshiet,”The motoring public and road users are by this development advised to obey all traffic laws and regulations, desist from offering bribe to the FRSC Operatives, avoidspeeding, overloading, Use of Unsafe tyres and Driving under the influence of Alcohol and Drugs as the Corps will soon commence a joint operation code named;“OPERATION SANITIZE ASABA – BENIN and ASABA – ONITSHA HIGHWAYS OF TRAFFIC INFRACTIONS.,”
