Ondo: APC Guber Aspirant, Paul Akintelure, Is Dead
An aspirant for the governorship primary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) scheduled for April 25, Dr Paul Akintelure has reportedly died.
It was gathered that Akintelure, a medical doctor from Igbotako, In Okitipupa Local Government Area of Ondo state died in the early hours of Tuesday after a brief illness.
Credible family sources revealed that Akintelure gave up the ghost in Lagos.
As of the time of filing this report, the family are yet to officially announce the development.
Akintelure has last week in a statement raised alarm that unnamed persons were threatening his life over the forthcoming governorship election in the state.

He was the running mate to the late Oluwarotimi Akeredolu during the 2012 governorship election under the defunct Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN)
