GVM Alleges Contradictions In Ownership Of PINL
A group which goes by the name Gbaramatu Volunteer Movement, GVM, has alleged contradictions in the ownership of Pipeline Infrastructure Nigeria Limited, PINL.
The group in a declaration, said Collins Edema and the United Niger Delta Republic, UNDR, led by one General Three Lions of Niger Delta, have made conflicting press statements, concerning the stake of the Olu of the Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III in Pipeline Infrastructure Nigeria Limited and Ocean Marine Solutions, OMS.
Spokesman of GVM, Ebipade Jonathan, in a declaration Tuesday at Gbaramatu on behalf of the group, claimed: “On Sunday September 18, 2022, Collins Edema, in an online publication, denied reports that Ogiame Atuwatse III, The Olu of Warri, owns Pipeline Infrastructure Nigeria Limited, PINL and was quoted to have said that The three Companies, that were awarded the pipeline surveillance contract are; TANTITA SECURITY SERVICES NIGERIA LIMITED, MATON ENGINEERING NIGERIA LIMITED, and PIPELINE INFRASTRUCTURE NIGERIA LIMITED.
“While Edema said that TANTITA SECURITY SERVICES NIGERIA LIMITED is owned by Tompolo with Keston Pondi as one of the Directors, Maton Engineering Nigeria Limited is owned by Mathew Tonlagha (a foot soldier and strong Ally of Tompolo) and Pipeline Infrastructure is not owned by His Imperial Majesty Ogiame Atuwatse III, but only has business interest in it.”
Jonathan, continued: “Surprisingly, the same Collins Edema told the press in Warri, Monday May 6, under the auspices of Itsekiri Pipeline Surveillance Stakeholders, that PINL is not the contractor on the Trans-Forcados Pipeline, TFP but the job was novated (legally contracted) to them (PINL) by her sister Company, OMS (Ocean Marine Solutions)”,

According to the Gbaramatu group, the confusion, emanating from the Olu of Warri foot soldiers, was further compounded by The United Niger Delta Republic, UNDR led by a certain General Three Lions of Niger Delta in an online publication Thursday May 2, 2024.
Jonathan added: “General Three Lions, stated in the publication that Pipelines Infrastructure Nigeria Limited, PINL does not have pipeline security job in Delta state, rather, it is a sister-company, Ocean Marine and Logistics, OML that has been handling the Trans-Forcados Pipeline Surveillance in Delta State.
“Pipelines Infrastructure Nigeria Limited, is different from Ocean Marine and Logistics, OML. Ocean Marine and Logistics, coincidentally is owned by same Director/Chairman (The Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III) Subdirectory that still have shares in Pipelines Infrastructure.”
“Nigerian with descerning minds, should critically analyze the claims by Collins Edema and General Three Lions as regards the ownership of Pipeline Infrastructure Nigeria Limited as well as its so-called sister company, then draw conclusion on whether or not The Olu of Warri has been wrongly accused of owning the pipeline surveillance company whose contract was terminated in Delta State or non-performance”, Jonathan, postulated.
