Banishment Of Chief Ukwade, Suspension Of Chief Niemogha, Still In Force –Eneberi Elders Council

The Eneberi Elders Council have said that the banishment of Chief Blessing Ukwade from the Eneberi family by the elders and members, is still In force and binding for all purposes, adding that “the suspension of Chief Star Niemogha from the elders Council by the elders for several acts of misconduct and insubordination is still in force and he, Chief Star Niemogha remains suspended.”
According to a statement made available to Oasis Magazine on Tuesday, ,the decisions were reached “in a general meeting of the Eneberi family which was called and presided over by the head of family, Pa. Chiamuke Edu on the 26th day of June 2024, at the family Hall.
The statement was signed by Pa Chamuke Edu, Head of Eneberi family (Kiagbodo Gate), David O. Ukwade,
Secretary, Eneberi family, Pa. Roland Niemogha, Niemogha Gate and Augustine Ukwade, Otota of the family.
Other resolutions reached, said: “That the 11 man Executive Committee of Eneberi family headed by Mr. Lucky Niemogha as Chairman which Committee was inaugurated on the 20th day of September 2023 is the only and valid Committee responsible for the day to day administration of the affairs and activities of the family, under the guidance, directive and authority of the Supreme Elders Council of the Eneberi family.

“That the registered trust fund and the board of trustees headed by Pastor Leader Niemogha will continue to perform the duties assigned them by the trust and their actions are binding on the family.”
“This is for the notice and general guidance of members of the public,” the statement concluded.
