Egbewole Greets Abdul Samad Rabiu On 64th Birthday

The Vice Chancellor of the University of Ilorin, Prof. Wahab Olasupo Egbewole, SAN, has congratulated prominent businessman Alhaji Abdul Samad Rabiu, CON, on the occasion of his 64th birthday.

Prof. Egbewole, in a statement issued by the institution’s Director of Corporate Affairs, Mr Kunle Akogun, described the Kano-born entrepreneur as an outstanding philanthropist who deserves to be celebrated, saying that his philanthropic interventions would continue to be felt across Nigeria and beyond.

The Vice Chancellor specifically thanked Alhaji Rabiu for spearheading the construction of a gigantic amphitheatre at the university, among other supports extended to the University.

He also thanked Alhaji Rabiu for his numerous industrial and commercial investments across Nigeria that are providing job opportunities for thousands of Nigerians, many of whom are graduates of the University of Ilorin.

Prof. Egbewole prayed Allah to grant the renowned business magnate long life to enable him contribute more to the development of the nation and humanity.
