PDP Warri Urhobos Decry Non-submission Of Congress List To Gov Oborevwori
The Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP) Warri Urhobo members have expressed their disappointment over the non submission of congress list of their members to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State.
The leader of PDP Warri Urhobo members, Professor Israel Abido, who made the position of the group known in a chat with our correspondent in Warri alleged that Chief Sunday Onoriode, the Director of Protocol ( DOP ) did not submit the said congress list of members of PDP Warri Urhobos to Governor Oborevwori.

Abido disclosed that: ” We had a meeting with His Excellency, Governor Oborevwori on the congress list of our members where the governor graciously agreed that our congress list should be submitted to him through his DOP and that the previous list that was submitted without his knowledge should be discarded.”
He therefore called on the governor to look into the matter to ensure justice is done, work with the genuine list, to placate aggrieved members of PDP Warri Urhobo.
Clifford Overo who claimed to be a chieftain of PDP Warri Urhobo also warned those working against their interest to desist while appealing to all Urhobo to support them in their struggle to stamp out political marginalisation in Warri South Local Government Area.
