62nd Birth Anniversary: Chief Joseph Ubido Salutes Gov. Oborevwori

A prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, from Agbarho in Delta State, Chief Hon. Joseph Ubido, has extended warm congratulations to the Governor of the state, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori on his 62nd birthday anniversary.
