Rivers Sole Administrator Presents 2025 Budget Of N1.48 Trillion To NASS Ad-Hoc Committee
Sole Administrator of Rivers State, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas says the state’s 2025 budget estimates of 1.48 trillion Naira is designed to account for expenditures already undertaken by the suspended administration during the first quarter of the fiscal year.

Presenting the budget before the House Ad-Hoc Committee on Rivers State Oversight, the Sole Administrator says key allocations include ₦324.5 billion for infrastructure as well as ₦117 billion for pensions, gratuities and employee benefits.
The House Ad-Hoc Committee has scheduled a later date for sectoral defence of the Rivers Budget.
