Abia State Governor Set To Honour Esther Okoronkwo

The Governor of Abia State, Alex Otti, has announced that the state will honour Esther Okoronkwo, one of the Super Falcons players who made Nigeria proud at the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.

While celebrating the team’s performance, the Governor said that Esther, who is from Abia State and was named Woman of the Match in the final game, has been officially invited so the state can recognise her achievement.

He said it’s important to celebrate her for representing Nigeria and Abia well, and for playing a big role in the success of the team.
