Delta NULGE Exco Visits Ajede, Applauds His Developmental Strides In Ukwuani LGA
The capacity and performing Executive Chairman of Ukwuani Local Government, Hon. (Barr.) C.S Possible Ajede, on Wednesday received in audience the Delta State Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE) State Executives, led by the NULGE State President, Comr. Engr. Ogberetitinor Obatarhe, who were on a familiarization tour of the council.
In his encapsulated welcome remark, he appreciated the State NULGE SEC for their visit to Ukwuani and commended the Ukwuani branch NULGE Executives for the warm reception they accorded to the State President.
Speaking further, Barr. Ajede, the current holder of the prestigious Delta State “Most Workers-Friendly Local Government Chairman Award,” reiterated his administration’s commitment to prioritizing robust workers’ welfare for the staff of the Council in line with Rt. Hon. (Elder) Sheriff Francis Oborevwori’s MORE AGENDA.
Earlier, in his presentation, the Delta State NULGE President, Comr. Engr. Ogberetitinor Obatarhe, lauded Barr. Ajede for the warm reception given to him and his team, which he described as one of a kind across all the local governments visited so far.
Comr. Ogberetitinor also applauded Barr. Ajede for his impactful leadership and for the multifaceted people-oriented and developmental projects across the local government.
He prayed God to grant the council chairman the wisdom and grace to continue to do more for the Ukwuani people.
While interacting with the workers, issues concerning the general welfare of the staff were elaborately discussed.
