DTSG Releases 2025 BECE Results

The Delta State Government has released the results of the 2025 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) which was conducted in June 16 to June 20 .
A statement from the State Commissioner for Secondary Education, Mrs. Rose Ezewu advised candidates to check their results using the scratch card made available to them .
It said that total of 97,508 candidates registered for the examination.
The statement indicated that 86,990 candidates representing 89% passed the examination out of the total of 96,078 candidates representing 99% that were present and sat for the examination.
It clarified that 797 candidates representing 1% failed the examination, stressing that those that failed would repeat.
According to the statement, a total of 8,201 candidates representing 9% would resit the examination while 1,430 total of candidates representing 1% were absent.
The statement added that the date for the resit examination would be made public in due course.
