Integrity Group Of Nigeria Honours Governors, National Leaders As Patrons, Reaffirms Support For Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda

The Integrity Group of Nigeria, also known as the Renewed Hope Agenda Ambassadors, has decorated eminent Nigerian leaders, including serving governors, lawmakers, and notable statesmen, as Patrons and Pillars of the group, in recognition of their outstanding leadership and contributions to national development.

At a high-profile national summit held in Abuja with the theme “Renewed Hope Agenda Through Continuity”, the organisation conferred honours on Rt. Hon. (Elder) Sheriff F. O. Oborevwori, Governor of Delta State, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, Governor of Nasarawa State, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormen Alia, Governor of Benue State, Rt. Hon. Bldr. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, Governor of Ebonyi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, Governor of Kogi State, Senator Uba Sani, Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Barau I. Jibrin, CFR, Deputy Senate President (proclaimed Father of the Group) and Chief Alex Adoghe.

Others are Chief Martins Nwabueze, Founder of Akubudike Foundation, Anambra State, Alhaji Yusuf Liman, Speaker, Kaduna State House of Assembly, Chief (Comrade) Ovuzorie Macaulay, former Secretary to Delta State Government, Senator Simon Bako Lalong, former Governor of Plateau State, and Professor Senator Nora Ladi Daduut, Pro-Chancellor of FUTA, who was honoured as Mother of the Integrity Group of Nigeria.

The honours, according to the organisers, were in recognition of their active support, commitment to progressive leadership, and alignment with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Former Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, in a goodwill message delivered on his behalf by his former aide, Hon. Pascal Adigwe, praised President Tinubu as a “decisive leader who has brought stability and renewed hope to the Nigerian state.”

“Tinubu’s decisions might be tough or rough, but they are yielding positive results. He is bringing stability, he is bringing back hope. He is taking the bull by the horn. He is not shifting blame. He is fulfilling his promise to take responsibility for governance, and that is what Nigerians are seeing,” Okowa said.

Convener and National Chairman of the Integrity Group, Dr. Oke Idawene, declared that Tinubu came into office fully prepared and has remained steadfast on Nigeria’s path to prosperity.

“The message of this afternoon is simple: never again shall we allow those who stole Nigeria’s prosperity to lead us. The student loan policy, the renewed vigour in security, and governors’ collective alignment with Tinubu’s vision show clearly that the President is delivering,” he stressed.

Senator Binta Garba applauded Tinubu for turning Nigeria’s challenges into opportunities, while Former Minister of Women Affairs, Dame Pauline Tallen, urged citizens to support and pray for the President, noting the positive early results of his reforms, including APC’s electoral victories and Nigeria’s rising profile in sports.

In her remarks, Professor Nora Ladi Daduut commended the Integrity Group for convening the summit and called on Nigerian women to take ownership of the Renewed Hope Initiative across the country.

A symbolic climax of the summit came when delegates from all six geopolitical zones of Nigeria collectively proclaimed their loyalty with one voice, declaring: “On Tinubu’s mandate we all stand.”

The event marked yet another strong demonstration of national solidarity for President Tinubu’s administration and the Renewed Hope Agenda, with leaders across political, regional, and social divides pledging their commitment to a united and prosperous Nigeria.
