Senator Dafinone Eulogies Orodje Of Okpe Kingdom On Birthday

Senator Ede Dafinone, on behalf of the Dafinone’s family and the people of Delta Central Senatorial District has felicitated with His Royal Majesty, Maj.-Gen. Felix Mujakperuo (rtd), Orhue I, the Orodje of Okpe Kingdom on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
In a congratulatory message on Thursday, the lawmaker added: “This celebration is not only a moment to honour your life but also a time to reflect on your unwavering commitment to the peace and progress of the Okpe people. Your reign has continued to inspire unity, dignity, and pride across the kingdom and beyond, no wonder the Bible said: “When the Righteous is on the throne the people rejoice.”
He continued: “Your Majesty, under your leadership, the Okpe Kingdom has witnessed remarkable development and measurable economic growth. Your vision and foresight have strengthened institutions, encouraged investment, and uplifted communities, ensuring that the kingdom remains a model of purposeful and progressive traditional governance. Your Majesty’s commitment to the welfare of our people continues to set a standard that is widely admired.
“As Chairman of the Delta State Traditional Rulers Council, Your Majesty has consistently played a stabilising role in shaping the socio-cultural and political harmony of our dear state. Your wisdom, diplomacy, and guidance have been instrumental in fostering ethnic cohesion and peaceful coexistence among the diverse communities in Delta. Your voice has remained one of reason, balance, and fatherly counsel at critical moments.
“On this special day, I join the entire Okpe Kingdom, Deltans, and well-wishers across the world in celebrating your life of service, honour, and humility. Your dedication to truth, justice, and fairness continues to enrich our collective pursuit of a peaceful and prosperous society.”
Senator Dafinone prayed that the Almighty God grants the monarch many more years on the throne in good health, sound mind, and divine strength.
