CAPACITY BUILDING: Hon. Ebizi Attends International Leadership Programme In London

The Member representing Sagbama Constituency III in the Bayelsa State House of Assembly, Hon. Chief Mrs. Ebizi Ndiomu Brown, has joined fellow lawmakers and staff of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly in an International Leadership Programme at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, United Kingdom.

The high-level capacity-building programme, facilitated by the African Parliamentary Resource Centre (APRC), is designed to strengthen legislative leadership, democratic governance, policy formulation, and institutional effectiveness among parliamentarians and legislative personnel.

Hon. Ebizi’s participation reflects her commitment to continuous professional development, effective representation, and the pursuit of global best practices aimed at enhancing legislative performance and improving service delivery to the people of Sagbama Constituency III and Bayelsa State.

The programme brings together legislators and parliamentary officials to deepen their understanding of contemporary leadership, democratic governance, and innovative policy approaches required to address the complex challenges of governance in the 21st century.
