Ethiope East LGA Football Competition: Oasis Magazine Holds 1st Edition
The management of Oasis Magazine (OM), has said that plans are in top gear to host the 1st edition of ‘Ethiope East Local Government Area Football Competition’, adding that the football fiesta would take place from March to May, 2018.
According to the organizers, the competition will take place among churches and fellowships in the area, and thus called on all churches and fellowships in the locality to participate.
In a press release made available to journalists, the organizers added: “The competition will contribute to the building and moulding of lives of youths in the local government council,” saying that “it will also provide an opportunity for guests and participants to attain a relaxation of their minds and spirits.”
Matches during the competition are expected to be played in Abraka Grammar School, Abraka, as different prizes would be won by outstanding teams and players.
At the time of filing this report, the date of the draw for the fixtures for participating teams was yet to be fixed.
