ADP Has What It Takes To Win Delta State Gov Election, Says Esanubi
The Action Democratic Party (ADP) Governorship aspirant in Delta State, Comrade Frank Ufuoma Esanubi, has declared that his party has all it takes to win the forthcoming governorship election in the state, come March 2018.
Comrade Esanubi stated this during a fund raising dinner organized in his honour at the Oakwood Park Hotel, Lekki Lagos State recently.
The event which was put together by committee of friends from the oil and gas sector, especially Chevron and PENGASAN in order to raise funds to support one of their own in his quest to contest for the forthcoming governorship election, attracted guests from every part of the country.
In his speech, Udolu Paul Ovuokerie, a close associate to the ADP Governorship aspirant, extolled the leadership qualities of Comrade Esanubi, noting that he is a man who they all believed in and a man who has all it takes to deliver Delta State.
He also disclosed that gone are the days when people look at what an aspirant will give them rather they should contribute towards the project.
In her submission, Mrs. Kate Anyadimaju, another follower of Esanubi described him as a man that is focused, smart and purposeful, having achieved much as Chevron Branch Chairman of PENGASAN and later National Deputy President even at his youthful age.
She urged Deltans to give Comrade Esanubi the opportunity as it is time for the youths to take over.
Earlier in his presentation, Comrade Frank Esanubi did a SWOT Analysis of his party and their chances of winning the forthcoming election, adding that the strength of the party drawn from its fresh personalities, as it is also a new party which has not failed the people before and their undented reputation will work in their favour.
He also disclosed that they are not unmindful of weaknesses such as fielding in relatively unknown personalities, a weak party structure and lack of funds, promising that the party is working hard to overcome
these challenges.

He equally mentioned the opportunities that abound for them such as the general apathy of Nigerians towards the existing major political parties, the ruling party at state level different from the one at federal and expected decamping members of these parties as a result of fallout from their primary elections.
The threats according the gubernatorial aspirant include political equation, election rigging and thugery which his party has set out a mechanism to handle.
In all, it was agreed by all to join hands with Comrade Frank Ufuoma Esanubi in this project as this is the time to chase the old and expired politicians out of the affairs of the nation.
