DTSG Commences Operation “Show Your Building Plan”

The Delta State Government has stated that it will soon commence operation “Show your Building Plan” exercise for lands and property owners in the state.
A statement signed by the State Director of Information, Mr. Dona Obuseh, indicated that the exercise was geared toward harmonizing lands records in the state and recovering all revenues lost on lands transaction and also to close all revenue leakages arising from illegal actors by some landlords outside the provision of their titles and plans approvals.
The statement further stated that all lands and property owners in the State are put on notice and are advised to visit the Fast Track desk at the Ministry of Lands to regularize all plan approvals or contact.
It stated that land and property owners could call these phone numbers 07031779255, 07031779216, 07031779192, and 07031779254 for further enquiries.
