Letter Reads…..
‘An Open Letter to Governor Okowa on Bad Roads in Abraka’
Your Excellency Sir,
I picked this medium of open letter to reach out to you because of the great danger posed by our roads to the great people of Abraka at large.
It’s no longer new to the table of how bad our roads have been for years without any serious effort on part of the government to tackle it over the years.
Your Excellency, I had tears running down my eyes as i had to pass through such a terrible road to attend my elder sisters traditional marriage at my home town Abraka. I had my heart to my hand and my feet shivering with fear. The road is so bad that erosion has divided it into two on two critical locations and has become a point for theft and several accidents.
More importantly is the fact that this road leads to Agbor and several other places of great economic importance to the state.
Sir, I humbly plead that you use your honorable position given you by God to ensure that a new road be constructed that will be used in place of this one as it has gone beyond amendment.
This requires Immediate action on your part sir, and If anything is to be done its now and should be fast.
