39th Marriage Anniversary: Ogedegbe Congratulates Former Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, Wife
The Executive Chairman of Ethiope East Local Government Council, Hon Chief Augustine Ogedegbe JP, has extended warm congratulations to the immediate past Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, and his wife, Dame Edith Okowa, on the occasion of their 39th marriage anniversary.
In a congratulatory message made available to the press, Ogedegbe described the Okowas’ union as a shining example of love, commitment, and mutual respect, noting that their marriage has remained a source of inspiration to families across Delta State and beyond.
“Thirty-nine years of marriage is a remarkable milestone worthy of celebration. Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa and Dame Edith Okowa have demonstrated enduring love, patience, and partnership, not only in their family life but also in their service to humanity,” Ogedegbe stated.
He further commended Dame Edith Okowa for her support and impactful humanitarian contributions, particularly to women, children, and the vulnerable, while applauding the former governor for balancing public service with strong family values.
