Jaysim Broun Foundation Spreads Joy, Hope In Abraka With Christmas Outreach

The Jaysim Broun Foundation, Abraka, on Tuesday, 23rd December 2025, successfully held its 1st Year Annual Christmas Touch of Love outreach, bringing smiles, relief, and renewed hope to vulnerable members of the community.

The well-attended humanitarian event, themed “Spreading Joy and Hope,” took place at Jaysim Enterprise, opposite Assemblies of God Church, River Road Junction, Abraka, and attracted widows, orphans, aged persons, and other less-privileged residents from within the community.

During the outreach, the foundation distributed food items and essential household materials to beneficiaries, easing the burden on families and individuals during the festive season. The atmosphere was filled with gratitude as beneficiaries expressed appreciation for the timely intervention, describing it as a true reflection of the love and compassion associated with Christmas.

Speaking at the event, the Founder/President of the Jaysim Broun Foundation Dcns Joy Enamuotor-Simon stated that the outreach was inspired by the foundation’s commitment to humanitarian service and its guiding scripture, James 1:27, which emphasises care for widows, orphans, and the vulnerable in society.

She added that the initiative was designed not just to give materials, but to restore dignity, hope, and a sense of belonging to those often forgotten.

The foundation also commended partners, volunteers, and well-wishers whose contributions made the maiden edition of the Christmas Touch of Love a success, stressing that every support, big or small, played a significant role in touching lives.

As the curtains fell on the event, the Jaysim Broun Foundation reaffirmed its commitment to sustaining the initiative annually, with a renewed resolve to continue spreading love, joy, and hope to humanity beyond the Christmas season.
