Plateau Public Primary Schools To Resume Feb 1
Public primary schools in Plateau state will resume on Monday, February 1, 2021, the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) has said.
A statement by the chairman of the board, Professor Matthew Nshim Sule, directed all the 17 local government acting education secretaries in conjunction with the local government NUT and NASU chairmen to mobilise communities to ensure parents send their wards to school unfailingly on Monday.
The statement added all head-teachers are to ensure that third term academic work is completed and all outstanding examinations conducted while the results are forwarded to the Board.

It said headteachers should ensure COVID 19 protocols are put in place and strictly observe in their respective schools.
It added the board will embark on monitoring exercise as from Monday to ensure effective compliance.
