NLC Locks Down Kaduna Over Sack Of 33,320 Workers
Economic activities paralysed in Kaduna State, Monday as Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC and its affiliate members locked down the state capital.
This follows protest against the Governor Nasir El- Rufai administration to show workers grievance against violation of labour laws, continuous sack of workers and non-implementation of N30,000 minimum wage.

Both workers in the private and public sectors were mobilised to downtools to press home the demand by labour.
According to ait.live findings, electricity services in Kaduna State were withdrawn since Sunday by the workers. Services at the train station, petrol service outlets and banks were also disrupted.
