Anambra Guber: Soludo Is The Most Qualified Candidate, Says Chukwuemeka Ezeife

Former governor of Anambra state, Chukwuemeka Ezeife, has said that the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in the state, Chukwuma Soludo, is the most qualified in the guber race.

The former governor said this on Monday, when asked on the ‘Morning Show,’ a live programme on Arise News, who he considers as the best candidate in the guber race for the November 6 guber election.

According to him, any of Soludo or the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Valentine Ozigbo, would be good for the people of Anambra, just as he applauded the PDP for settling their internal rift and putting their house in order for the guber contest, saying Ozigbo looks more ready.

Continuing, he noted that with the support of Souther Eastern youths, Soludo may scale through, adding that many people believe in Soludo.

Speaking on other related issues, he commended President Muhammadu Buhari and the Senate for backing the electronic transmission of results which the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is bent on using for the forthcoming Anambra polls.

Furthermore, he said that with electronic transmission of results, the new Nigeria is here.

There will be no need for bloodshed in Anambra anymore because those carrying out these killings were doing it to scare people and rig the election, he averred.
