DELSU Final Year Students Present Play Written By Sunny Ododo

Final Year students of the Department of Theatre Arts, Faculty of Arts, Delta State University, Abraka, on Wednesday concluded their final exams THA411 with a play production at the Theatre Arts Complex, site 3.

The play titled: ‘Hard Choice’ was written by Sunny Ododo and directed by Obavwo Gabriel Joy assisted by Efosa Edobo Clinton who are both 400level students of the department.

The lecturers who took, supervised and directed the said course are Geoffrey Enita and Martins Tugbokorowei.

The play which kicked off at 1pm was a success after series of rehearsals as the thespians presented a great dramatic piece to end their undergraduate program.

Tickets to the play production were sold at N300/ticket.

Prof. Elo Ibagere, Prof. Austine Anigala, Dr Anyanwu, Dr. Imiti, Mrs Hannah Akpoidete, Miss Josephine Odunze were present to assess, criticize and grade the exam production.

Prof. Alex Asigbo, an external supervisor was also present to appraise the production.
